Download the file

Tap Download on this page from the phone. The file is about the size of a few photos.

Allow the install

Open the file. If Android asks, tap Settings and turn on “Allow from this source”, then go back.

Sign in

Tap Install, open PaylyHR and sign in with your staff number and PIN.

Questions

Why is the app not on Google Play yet?
It is on its way. Until it is listed, you can install the same app straight from this page. Once it is on Google Play, this page will link there.
Is it safe to install from this page?
Yes. The file comes from paylyhr.com over a secure connection and is signed by PaylyHR. You can compare its SHA-256 fingerprint with the one shown above. Android asks you to allow the install once, because the app does not come from the Play Store.
Will the app update itself?
The app tells your staff when a new version is ready, and they install it from this page in the same way.
What about iPhone?
The iPhone app is coming soon. Until then, iPhone staff use the staff portal in Safari. They sign in with the same staff number and PIN.
Who signs in to the app?
Your staff. Each person signs in with their staff number and the PIN they set from their invite email. Company owners and managers use the dashboard on the web.
