Common questions

Can guards use their own phones?
Yes. Guards install the PaylyHR app on Android or use any phone’s browser. A supervisor can also clock a guard in.
What if the site has no signal?
The clock-in is saved on the phone and sent when signal returns. It is never counted twice.
Can we bill our clients from it?
Yes, on the Operations plan and above. Invoices are built from verified hours.
